Well, I have been trying to say all along, that the intention Blizzard is doing is, instead of creating new AR’s with just reskins of the already races we go, they’re implementing ideas via the customisations to allow people to be who they want to be. Such as Void Elves for a good example, with the customisations, giving people the opportunity to play as an Alliance High Elf, or as a Void Elf. Or with Dwarves, giving people the option to play as a Wildhammer or a Bronzebeard.
It is pretty clear that Blizzard wants the game to move forward, but the game can’t move forward if people are going to continue on a rampage saying, “if you want to play this, then you gotta be this.” After all, it is only a computer game, and everyone should have every right to play the way they want without others denying them that oppitunity.

So, when the high elf race went Horde instead of Alliance, that affected you right?
Or how NPC’s being present affected you by being there right?
So if that affects you, why cant what you do, your appearance, affect other people?

Suppose my only question is, do the Nightborne get the look but keep their modified model? (though I think we’re all hoping for an updated less leany one) Or do they also get the Night Elf stance in this setup? Doesn’t really change my support on it but curiosity killed the cat and all that and I am a Feral druid.

It affected us from a subjective perspective, not our gameplay experience from an objective perspective.

Yes!! I’m just sitting here wondering why you guys are even replying to these losers! At the end of the day, i’m going to be running around Darkshore and Shadowlands as a BEAUTIFUL High Elf Ranger on the Alliance. Why should i waste my arguing with creepy stalkers, and negative nancies who are going out of their way to ruin peoples fun? I’m legit SO excited for these customizations and i can’t WAIT to see what more is left to be revealed!!! <3
So…would it not be fair then, to suggest that an individual who disagrees with you, is being affected just as much?
My point is that if one view is acceptable because it affects you subjectively, why does it not flow both ways?
What is the high elf request but a complaint about how the lack of them being playable for the alliance affects you?
I am advocating you simply respect other people’s views rather than trashing them all the time. At the very least that would be deserved given many anti’s stood up for your right to post whatever you want against others.

And as I told you I think it is an extension of lore to the void elfs which is justified that they have that appearance
so it remains, just see what they say and the intention, the rest is like arguing with a wall
