It’s pretty arbitrary. I wanted high elves with red hair as well. There are high elves with the color so it would be weird to exclude it.
I think they can give void elves new hairstyles and maybe do different tints of normal hair colors. Similarly I’d love to see blood elves get some purple, pink, blue hair colors as well.
