I havent heard anything about them continuing their goal to add more character customization to the game. Did they drop the ball and forget or where they planning on just doing a tiny bit at the beginning of the expansion and forgetting about it?

Sadly nothing new for all of SL.
It’s insulting really. The main feature for the expansion was cut and we don’t even get the missing heritage armor sets. Then the content for 9.1 is so it’s a joke.
