Maybe if Max level was 130, and you wanted to make new players wait a few weeks to get to end content. With Max level lowered, and content streamlined, I don’t really see the point. But if a player wanted to see the content they can. There’s no point to force it though. Not doing a few quest lines will not make someone have lower DPS.
