On the PTR, the new talent setup is MUCH better. Still not great but WAY better than what we have. A big problem on both PTR and live is that magic stagger still feels bad. Stagger in general feels clunky ESPECIALLY in pvp. (I will take it to my grave that stagger doesn’t work in pvp properly)
I would say expel harm needs to be buffed ONLY for brewmaster in some way. Maybe lower the CD slightly or increase its healing. Currently the only way on the PTR to get good amount of orbs is to attack with blackout or RSK.
If not, the orb generation for Ox Gift is abysmally low. Maybe that’s where they can further buff brew. The percentage of damage required to trigger an orb is too low. That NEEDS to be raised.
