It seems like one of those travel books, and not necessarily a traditional narrative. I didn’t read the other ones and I doubt I’ll read this one.

This looks like a lore reference text about items in game.
So more “Ultimate Visual Guide” and less “Vol’jin: Shadow of the Horde.”
Which I think is pretty ballsy given that they billed Chronicles are word of god lore, and have now back pedaled on that.

Honestly seeing how Chronicles went without supervision I’m glad it’s not longer word of god. Literally the book just glorifies alliance races(humans above all) while treating very badly horde/bestial races, for example orcs are destroyers of the nature despite of their shamanistic culture that was their focus since WC3, Taurens being useless, etc.

Another book to not buy. Since in 2 Blizzcons they’ll announce that because it was all from the view of Flynn and Shaw it’s not reliable as a canon source.
