They show up on the Broken Shore in several WQs, just like every other class order, and guard the eastern flight path.
"that you would deem "very influential"" is an important qualifier in what i asked. The question wasn't, "when do they technically show up again?".
They're actually rather important to the Battlelord in the Valarjar campaign as well. Val'kyr serve to facilitate transport and carry out missions for the Battlelord - not to mention I'm sure that the Valarjar that are recruited are brought by the Val'kyr as well. Trust me, had the Val'kyr not been there, the Warrior Campaign would've suffered.

As to the Vrykul signing up willingly, they've been bred for millenia as a cult in fanatical service to a literal god. The Twilight's Hammer also sign up willingly to be turned into twisted abominations or sacrificed so their souls can power their masters, but we tend not to view that positively.
I'm not Odyn apologist, but this is hardly comparable. "A cult in fanatical service to a literal god" is a "rather misleading-ly" way of saying religion. The Vrykul are born into battle, and are happy to ascend to the Halls of Valor, as are the Val'kyr apparently. It's a culture, not a cult.

The Twilight's Hammer are a murder cult that thrive on bending and twisting the mind until it breaks. The Valarjar are more comparable to a religion, and an allied one at that.
