New animation for Crash Lightning

On the PTR currently, there is a new animation for Crash Lightning that is significantly more satisfying than what it used to be. Each target hit has a short-term vertical blue lightning bolt that streaks from it.

(Undocumented change??)

I noticed this and thought it was a graphical glitch at first, but I do like it. Hope it sticks around.

Deff a nice little graphical update, but more importantly, why do you have stormstrike on your bar 4 times??
