ok, they gave us a new races intro screen, but what’s the release date for them?

Allied races were the marketed feature, and they’ve been available since late legion. We got another set of races at launch, and blizz was very vocal and clear about switching Zandalari trolls with Mag’har Orcs. You weren’t able to fight Arthas in 3.0, but you could play as 5/6 of the announced allied races 8.0, and another race was moved up to fill the gap.
Stop complaining.

lol we might get these when flight comes out… like near the end of the xpac. LOL blizz seriously give up on these gates and other garbage you are pulling and while you’re at it send this D3 devs back to diablo and get devs who give a crap about WoW like they use too. also ion has no clue what players want at all and ya the hype train left along time ago for these new allied races

Yea, no. Don’t defend something that shouldn’t be defended. The end game raid for an expansion and a -RACE THAT WAS ANNOUNCED DURING THE TRAILER- are two entirely different things.
It makes equal parts all the sense and 0 sense why they held off. They held off because:
A. The two races weren’t ready yet and the expansion was rushed out without being complete which is not acceptable.
B. They wanted to make us go through some arbitrary storyline that proved to be pretty uninspired and frankly they could’ve let us earn them from day 1, since the story didn’t change -that much- since BFA dropped.
C. They were waiting to drip feed us content to try and keep players coming back, which is disgusting. Instead of selling us a hamburger they fed us some bread…then maybe some lettuce…then maybe some cheese…then maybe some beef…so on and so forth.
You standing up for them for choices like this just encourages worse and worse behavior.

so annoying that i farm rep to exalted with zand, then complete the pre 8.1 war campaign and the rep grind that requires thinking i will be able to unlock trolls when they release. Then find out i have to grind MORE rep with honorbound to complete second war campaign to unlock troll.
idk why i play this game any more.
i was hoping zand troll might be some fun to play for a while. Now i don’t know. if they ever release…
