And? People got alts. Even reversed I wouldnt want to play against fresh 70s.
The monkeypaw of what you’re asking for is sitting in queue even longer because the matchmaker can’t find 4 dps and 2 healers in all blues, this late in the season.

Yeah, and they’re quick to gear.
Gear can never be a factor in matchmaking for obvious reasons.

2 hours game time doing lazy ez stuff, couple bgs and im 437 ilvl before even crafting (already got enough sparks for 2 450 pieces)

Gear is all that matters in this game. It absolutely needs to be #1 in regards to matchmaking

if gear wasn’t so easy to get, I’d agree with you. SS is just not inviting to alts this late in the season Especially a hunter
If that’s your alt and you pvp even a little then you should sill be geared through boxes.
It still amazes me that people think playing a rated arena to gear up would be fun.

Id argue conquest takes ALOT longer to aquire, and there is a massive difference between entry honor and that
Get a partner, ideally two and play to win. Quick games win or lose.
They should put a warning sign before queuing into shuffle that says “your opponents might be fully geared and it will put you at a disadvantage.” Just like how McDonald’s has warning signs on their coffee.
It’s 20 weeks into the season and conquest boxes exist for alts. Gearing has never been easier.

It’s kind of like the hardcore popup where you consent to basically whatever happens when you queue up, or put in your key in the case of dungeons. 
Also too many people trying to gear while pushing and getting frustrated.
I think its apt you used the mcdonald comparison there which shows me you have no idea what you are talking about both in game and outside of it too apparently
Legion templates sucked because I’d get new gear and it wouldn’t even matter.
Gearing up felt almost pointless.
I think gearing needs to exist in pvp just to make things interesting.
I think it’s an important goal for unranked or casual players.

I like to try different builds sometimes too.
It’s nice to have the freedom to stack secondary stats for new or meme builds. If secondary stats are locked in, pvp builds become very limited and boring imo.
When I see a pvp gearing argument it always makes me think of how annoying legion was.
