As a proud member of the Albatross Preservation Society, I agree 100%. I am exalted with the Tortollan’s and I will never look their way again. If Lo is waiting on me, he’s going to need massive amounts of castor oil.

I used to not like this quest either, but changed my mind after seeing the voice actress for Nola. She just looks like the sweetest old lady and she was so excited after saying “a turtle made it to the water!” And getting the most cheers out of all of them. ️

I must be the only one who actually enjoy the tortollans’ WQs. It’s a nice break from the usual “kill/collect X of this/that”, and they are fun as well. I only wish we could get better rewards from them.

Those who complain must have forgotten how annoying and not-fun-at-all the Kirin Tor WQs are.

After hitting revered, there’s no point really to do more of these. Outside of the emissary if you’re really hurting for gold. I got exalted on the idea of paragon chests, but had I known it would be pets only in BFA I wouldn’t have bothered. So glad I wasted my time on it.

I dont feel bad in saying that since I’ve been exalted with them, I have occasionally started the Beachhead WQ and intentionally did nothing just to see the turtles get eaten. Gives me enjoyment now.

I dunno, I sort of like that one. Any quest where i can shoot the crud outta something is at least OK in my book.

Then again, this particular aiming mode is probably far easier with a trackball than with a mouse.

i am exalted with all factions in bfa and its only 3 months in btw and i agree i wont do any more turtles.i will do the collector kojo for gold but no more turtles for me.

I am exalted with said faction and still do the WQs for them. My only caveat is that I never do the beachhead daily, in all truth I think I only did that one maybe 10 times in total that said, I have no issues in doing the other two Tortollian dailies

They’re my favorite WQs to do aside from Magni’s.

Especially the shell game, I love trying to test my memory and the probabilities of choosing the right shell based on what I’ve already chosen.
