If you’re a Rogue (and I assume this applies to Hunter too), and YOU (not your target) uses Neural Silencer, you can’t cast Tricks(/MD?) on them. Doesn’t make a lot of sense.
I doubt this is a bug and it does make sense.
Trolls could use those abilities to kill someone by redirecting threat to them.
Yes, if I use a Neural Silencer, I should have Tricks/MD blocked from being cast on me. That’s totally intentional.
That’s also not what I’m talking about. I’m saying I used a Neutral Silencer, and I can’t cast Tricks on someone else who doesn’t have a Neural Silencer on. This means if I’m being trolled constantly by, say, someone life-gripping me all the time, I’m forced to stop using Tricks or give up Neural Silencers.
