Dock a barrier, so you want no mages to be viable on M+ beyond a 12?
As it stands, no mage is above 50% in the current M+ rating schematic.
We need survival BUFFS -NOT- NERFS.

I’ve been gone since like week 3 of the xpac. What did they do to our defensives this time?

In their minds, it was in the form of Glacial Bulwark reducing Ice Block/Ice Cold cooldown by an extra 30s, which is plain stupid. Not only is it the 4th talent point reducing their cooldown by increments of 30s, it’s strictly worse than the live version. The 4% avoidance was also a joke in very poor taste on their part.
