Not really. You had four seconds to run around a pillar which is more than enough time. Plus as a warrior, just leap and spell reflect. Worked everytime.

honestly warrriors are some of the most friendly squared away legit.
it’s very interesting how they bugged cloak. you can asphyxiate into cloak now, which is a magic spell that can be reflected, but applies a physical effect that can be BOP’d. I guess spear is the same way - you can BOP out of it but it’s magic

Yeah you use like a roll or fsk and right as you are getting rubberbanded hit port and it will pull you the rest of the way through.
Requires decent timing, but it’s doable

Feign death/Disengage used to be able to get outta spear since Feign had Craven and would remove magic off the Hunter. Sadly doesn’t do that anymore since Spear is (physical?) I think.
No so what happens is if you try to walk out generally the rubber band happens pretty quickly and then it resets so like you’ll try to walk out you’ll rubber band you’ll try to port and you’ll rubber band again.
The reason you have to roll or fsk is due to the speed of how far you can get before you start to rubber band that way the rubber band doesn’t reset on you while you’re porting

So what I’m hearing from you is that despite Spear being sooo sooo bad, games are really quite fair and balanced with victory being only a hairs width from defeat.
Obviously we need to tweak those few Warriors scraping by out of existence.

spear is the most BS ability in pvp. it needs to be nerfed down to one pull per person.
Randy do not even insinuate that Warriors are scraping by lol. Arms is A+ tier soon to be S tier. Fury is A tier. Warrior has been in an insane spot since Season one shadowlands with Condemn Arms Warr, then we had infinite uptime Fury Warr is Season 3 and Season 4 Shadowlands with the tier sets and perma 40% MS.
Do not play the victim here with Warrior, that won’t work.

There are 110 Hunters with rating higher than 2400, there are 98 Warriors.
I could see a Mage being concerned about their position, and complaining about a real problem. They’re really under represented compared to Hunters. Less than 50 mages up there.
319 Demon Hunters above 2400.
250~ Death Knights above 2400.
258 Shadow Priests above 2400.
230~ Warlocks above 2400.
101 Rogues above 2400.
105 WW Monks.
Statistics do not suggest that there is any issue or outsized power for Warriors.
So looking at the numbers, the classes which need tweaking downward were in order of importance:
Demon Hunter
Shadow Priest
Death Knight
Warlock
Classes which seem to need tweaking up:
Mage
