the only reason is that blizz hates monk lol
Karma is so bad right now, monks are not even a tankier class, karma being our main defensive cd being only a 50% in PvE makes it pretty useless for big hits, during prog on mythic rash i died multiple times through karma, I only see a blizzard trying to nerf monks so much that no one wants to play it anymore
