This is an odd thing to complain about when there are very real disadvantages to the morb spec.
The most obvious is that 2h is way better in unholy PVP than DW due to scourge strike burst being larger, as well as the fact Morb relies heavily on Death and Decay.
On the pve side of things, the difference is minimal. If somebody is asking you to pass on 2-hander because of a 2 to 3 percent damage difference between 2h and DW then that’s someone you simply don’t want to raid with.
I’ve never seen min-max try harding on that level as to deny an uh dk a 2h drop, and I hope not to encounter that. It’s best to black-list those min max weirdo’s/not enter their raids.

So you want to deny the classes that use 2h as their bis to a player that uses 1h as their bis because they want to rp as a 2h user? Or for PvP? When has PvP ever given someone prio over items in a pve raid that aren’t purely pve items? Wait for the classes who use 2h to get theirs, get one after them to PvP with.
Every Fury Warrior being pro-Morb because they want to monopolize 2h weapons is so transparent and funny lol.

In most Naxx Raiding content outside of those who wants to get the maximum parse? Yes. Absolutely. I think that only belongs in the highest levels of raiding.
If you start that crap in a normal 25 naxx raid you need to touch grass.
And you want to nerf DW so you can use 2h when 1hs are your bis lol. Sounds way more ridiculous than a warrior telling you to literally use your bis.
Bis items should be prioed to whoevers bis it is for. So if you want someone else’s bis to rp with, you should wait for them to get it first.
It depends on the Raid. For a 2h DK a betrayer would be BiS.
If this is a Min-Max Parse Guild then sure, that makes sense for that guild. But most guilds are not going to be that sweaty. You want to have access to the most BIS gear? Join a Hardcore parseing Guild.

For an unholy dk, 1hs are bis. 2hs are not bis for uh dk.
They are BiS for a 2h Unholy DK because they are better in other forms of content other than raiding. And because some pieces of raid gear are BiS for UH dk PVP, by definition it has utility for that spec other than being “Worse.”
Again, your argument only pertains to the the top 1 percent of raiding guilds. Nobody will care about a UH DK using a 2h in Naxx. Naxx is a Joke anyways. Only the hardcore parsers care.

Also, getting PVE gear to PVP is a legitimate part of the game. It was put in there intentionally by blizzard. Otherwise they wouldn’t allow said weapons or trinkets to be used in PVP.
If your guild isn’t a parsing guild, they have every right to ask for a 2h.
True, if you’re in a bad guild it won’t matter, it’s still pretty cringe though.

I don’t think I’ve ever been in a guild that prioed someone an item to someone because they wanted it for PvP unless it was completely useless for pve. If you want 2h so badly you should just be happy to wait for players who need 2h as their bis to get them before you. It’s pretty greedy and cringy to want prio on someone else’s bis because you want to transmog a 2h with a -5% dps debuff attached to it.

My statement specifically was that there is no significant difference in damage between morb and 2h. We’re taking single digits. 2-3 at MOST 5 percent differences which won’t make a difference in any fight.
Your argument is only relevant for min max guilds, who again, want to frontload as much damage as possible onto a boss for parseing. -That’s it-
There is no massive DPS loss, there is no threat that the raid boss won’t die in time. This is Wotlk Classic, not retail.

Fury and Arms is literally under UH 2h dps right now? By your own logic we should prevent warriors from rolling on 2h’s now because they do less damage than even a 2h unholy player.
