I think WOTF needs a nerf in TBC as it is extremely strong. Take the 5 second invulnerability off and make the cooldown a bit longer.
That being said, the PVE trinkets in Wrath are absolutely cracked for some classes and being able to use two of them as a human is better than WOTF ever was
