Good! This is why Delves have the problem they have today where they give high gear for very little effort - people who don’t raid or M+ complained they need Heroic gear for ??? People just WANT stuff without effort.

That’s what I do. I cap my toons with 4/6 Hero and 8/8 Champ then I just do other toons. I have a 615 Resto Shaman, a 613 Resto Shamn, this druid, then a bunch more alts around 600. Alts are the way.

You are narrow minded. There are several flaws with raiding tbh. Scheduling your life arround a game is unhealthy. Forming 20 skilled people in this noob game is also a hard task to do.
Delves are actually good for players that dont want to interact with absolut dog water gamers to get gear. Either they reduce the goal posts for m+ again or this expac will sink faster then titanic.
Content with less people involved is always better for the game
