They have always been the most mobile ranged, doubt thats going to change anytime soon.
Mages and Warlocks are still better in pvp for the most part, and definitely more intimidating in pvp.
Kappa conveys sarcasm. You might want to at least understand the twitch emotes you use if youāre going to be a 12 year old.
Itās not all about the beastcleave or sick AOE. Itās about the sheer amount of damage we can pump out in exactly the right circumstances.
But the kicker is, those circumstances are few and far between and the cooldown, particularly on stampede is obnoxiously (though necesscarily) long.
Example: With Stampede, explosive trap (in PvP), multi-shot, along with the right trait which allows us to beast cleave, and other fun engineering procs, PLUS pet hero (provided itās available), can wipe a gaggle of players crammed together on a bridge or tower.
BUT without those precise circumstances, we are, at best, single target support finishers.
Weāre not OP at all. Smart Beastmastery hunters just know when and where to do their jobs.

And I wonāt even go into Blizzard nerfing the utter crap out of us when the homogenized our pet groups into what they are now so that most, if not all pets, lack specific skills which made them more useful in the first place.

Oh i was confuse for a min.
stampede hasnt been useful in pve for a long min now.
It can be if the tank doesnāt run around and thereās a huge group of mobs gathered together. Stampede got REALLY jacked when, DKs of all players, complained because it was-for all intents and purposes-our version of AOTD. So it got nerfed and pets no longer ran after a target. Now you can just-in most cases-sidestep Stampede.
And the two pet trick? Totally worthless as our second pet is, at best, a minor dps increase without their special skills.
Point being, in both PvE and PvP, BM Hunters can be seriously nasty. But again, and I empashize this strongly, the circumstances have to be just right.
You want to kill a BM hunter? Or cripple them? Kill their pet. We have to run off to a safe spot just to rez them. Or you can just chain stun us into oblivion.
Just gotta be able to catch us first!
Stampede was pretty OP in pvp. I think mostly thats why they got nerfed. on my alt hunter I could literally just global someone.

One could say the same of AOTD plus Apoc, plus the trait which allows you to summon a freaking caster with AOTD.
I say, either put AOTD in the same exact boat as Stsmpede or give us our OG Stsmpede back.
And if only I could take two PVP talents which seriously screw with healers, Iād be truly a happy Elmer.

Please stop trying to help against the troll. You donāt actually understand how BM plays. Our damage can be pretty obscene right now, particularly in aoe, and it has absolutely nothing to do with stampede and it isnāt a once in a while thing. Itās all about stacking Primal Instinct and having a Rapid Reload to reduce the cd of Aspect of the Wild.
The point is that all of this comes about because of borrowed power thatās going away in three months. Nerfing us because of that would be stupid, especially because the trollās premise that weāre always op because of dpsing on the move is just flat out wrong. Normally we are mid to low as a whole and indications from Blizzard back in MoP when all three specs were mobile and low on damage was it was because of our mobility. Blizzard already does what this guy is requesting, so to try to make us worse because of end-of-expansion power gains is pretty ridiculous.
There has to be at least one idiot proof class.
That would be Demon Hunter.

Considering that even in a random BG on a reasonably moderate day with less that perfect circumstances, I can pump out anywhere from around 8-12 mil in damage and never touch aspect of the wild and Primal Rage, Iād say your argument is poor and your damage is low because of you.
Seriously, if youāre blowing heroism every 10 minutes and relying on two other spells to āget 'er doneā, youāre most definitely not properly assessing the situation and using your full toolkit.
And that is not a Blizzard or borrowed power problem. Thatās user end error.

Um, what? I didnāt say my damage was low? Itās funny that youāre trying to tell me you know what youāre doing and that Iām not using my toolkit and then you say you donāt even use our main dps cd. Like I said, please donāt try to help here, because you really, really do not know what youāre doing. BM is doing well right now. Itās an anomaly and the OP calling for nerfs over interactions that are going away in about three months is silly.
Have fun in your random battlegrounds, but if you ever want to participate in more than that or LFR, please take a look at some guides, because you really need it.
As a BM hunter I do agree that our damage should be slightly toned down but definitely DO NOT make us cast, you would literally be removing a massive class identity thing that makes us unique.
