Next expac!
I don’t know what to expect coming here to read on the forums anymore. I genuinely only want to be up to date on wow news and like seeing peoples opinions on said news. Even after all the years I’m still a glass half full because I’m still enjoying myself while playing. Honestly the game is 18 years old and you are going to have a wide variety of views.
IMO 75% people here seem jaded and overly negative just to give each other pats on the back.
If you have read interviews and what they have done since 9.1.5 they are changing their ways when dragonflight release their will be skips and accountwide and catch up system and more alt friendliness. Why would they sabotage their own game when the state of the game is so bad right now. They have admitted they are stubborn and among other things and what they have said and did is a right step in direction step by step to earn back the trust.
they’re still taking away flight, and committing to it for a longer term. How it should be is that the new dragon riding system is so awesome that people WANT to use it.
For the same reason they don’t enable gold cheats.
If you want to enter next expac with 999 million gold, Blizzard isn’t stopping you.
Yeah, but they also aren’t enabling me to mash spacebar to collect it, either.
People just need to be patient. This next expansion (overall) will be my make-or-break with WoW. I can tell that they are earnestly making an attempt at listening to what their consumers want at this point, so I’m willing to continue the sub, as well as purchase DF without issue. However, if DF turns into another flop, it’ll be game over for me. I’ve loved this game for 17 years, but my interest is waning slowly. I’d most likely be done with Classic at that point as well, as one would assume WotLK would be done by the time we’re finished with DF.
I just hope dragonflight marks a reset for everything and a apology expansion instead of using words but using action to apologize.
And I think everyone knows action speaks louder than any words.
