EDIT: ACTUALLY FIGURED IT OUT!
I have no idea how to edit or remove the original post, so here’s how you can easily disable/enable enhanced tooltips:
Disable: Type “/console UberTooltips 0” in game
Enable: Type “/console UberTooltips 1” in game
Maybe this will help someone else someday lol.
