Ive recently got a new phone and im trying to update the info on my account but it sends a verification number to an old number not even in use anymore. How do I remedy this problem and update it to my new number? It allowed me to update my address, just not my phone number.
You can open a ticket and talk to billing live chat mite still be open or try tommorow you will more then likely need to show some ID.

It won’t even let me do that. Tells me to send a verification number received by an older number.
Log out before trying to submit a ticket. But have a picture of your ID ready to prove it’s you.
