I got a Legendary (1) shoulder through the Runecarver and grinded Torgast to also get Legendary (1) neck BUT…it won’t let me wear both. I didn’t know but I guess you can only wear one Legendary (1) item? Am I understanding that correctly? If so, what can I do with the second item I no longer need. I wish there was a way to find out before I crafted (grinded Torgast) before I got the 2nd one. Argh! Any advice would be super appreciated.

Whenever you say Legendary(1), that (1) is the game’s way of telling you that you can only have one legendary equipped.
I do not think there is anything other than that saying you can wear one legendary, so the confusion is understood. I would personally just hold onto the second one for the future. Next patch we will be able to wear two legendaries, but they are specific (one covenant legendary and one of your class/general legendaries).
