Yes it is too much, the only way forward is to switch toons or live with the fact that some people hate you. I know I live with the fact that some posters and I disagree and potentially hate eachother.
Any growing guild that like M+ will need more than 1 healer - otherwise it means only 1 group can do M+ at a time, which makes no sense. If you’re planning to raid mythic, then you definitely need more healers for a 20 person raid group, and also probably a few backup healers to cover any absences.

As for the guild, it sounds like a bad fit. Also how does low DPS affect your healing? Sounds like a they problem
my guild who does NORMAL needs multiple healers for mythic+ to help catch up people to raid as the turnaround even at that level is astronomical. i can only imagine what it’s like for mythic guilds with the extreme jump in difficulty and stress.
Just… learn to play. Seriously. I know several people on YT who can absolutely get you on the right track, especially since Resto Druid is among the most desirable healers out there for keys.
You need only ask.
Why not just pug keys? You don’t need a guild to do that. It’s harder but you can still do it.
As far as a full roster w/fle heals, tough cookies. Either get better and outperform the worst one or find another guild. Also, it’s not personal when someone is chosen over you, so don’t take it as such.
Also don’t compare yourself to ‘other healers’ - even players of the same spec are going to heal differently. I for one refuse to go full fistweaver because melee movement is a bit of a challenge for me.

I was thinking about this but I am also really nervous about that, at least here I finally have a good friend that seems very intent on helpign me.
Like literally has leveled 2 characters with me and taken me around to do content and been VERY active in helping. I’m exceedingly confident people would be very hesitant to do that for a complete stranger (me) if I applied out ><
I could theoretically play with him, but being brutally painfully honest I’ve decided to go Horde until this friend was around. Then I went alliance just to play with them and stuff.
But yeah because of population reasons if I was going to pug I’d just be horde for sure no hesitation in my mind at all… :s

Being low on DPS technically doesn’t impact my healing. But the way things are shaping up I’m going to need to be DPSing so I’m kinda stuck with a rotten pizza here x_x

It’s funny because you mention fistweaving, that’s one of the things I like about some of these classes is the diversity of playstyles… it’s really neat. Really do like monk a lot, in fact if it wasn’t this guild I’d be Vulpera monk x_x;;
Yeah lost people RL and I’m struggling. This game in general was meant to be a “vacation” away from my mainstay games that are hitting a little too close to home rn.

My friend took me to kill the boss that I died to almost instantly. Then we went and killed a few weird icey zombies and I didn’t really get what was going on.
Also dying in stormwind is very unfun as I was trying to read up on what talents to use.
