I have finished the campaign (9/9 complete in log), and the first and third soulbinds have unlocked without any problem. Emani, though, is still locked and there is a “You must advance in the campaign” message when I mouse over her.

Same issue here, can’t unlock Emeni, and cannot create death bodys on the table, already complete quest where they sent you at the dead bodys table, had this issue sisnce 1st week, after that I changed covenan and went to Ventyr, now I’m back with Necro and still the same problem, what the hell blizzard?
Did you talk to the quest giver next to the ghost of a sethrakk inside the Seat of the Primus?
There’s not quest giver, I don’t see any sethrakk ghost either
