Still a lot of balancing that could take place before 9.2 but if things were to remain unchanged, will necro feral no longer be viable (PVP)?
No it will be fine if not the best covenant for feral still. Convoke and kyrian will probably be much more on par with it tho and venthyr still trash.

The adaptive swarm legendary isn’t amazing but it’s not going to actively hinder feral. The 2pc and 4pc bonuses look pretty amazing and I think adaptive swarm benefitting from the berserk bleed with a feral frenzy on top is going to melt people

Necro cov Lego for feral is dog trash for pvp.
Ferals strength is our single target pressure which the necro cov Lego or tier sets give no value.
