Nearly every Important Kul Tiran uses the default human look

No, I’m asking for Kul Tiran to be able to look Kul Tiran.

Nearly every important Kul Tiran looks nothing like the player option.

Doesn’t matter.

If you want to have the default human, you have that option.

They are not going to give multiple rigs for a single race.

You seem confused and are wasting my time.

You have no grounds to be against this other than hatred of players getting customization options that already exist for their race.

What a sad, bitter individual you are.

I think body size customization is super long overdue.

I am not confused. You are asking for multiple rigs/models for a single race.

You are wasting your own time for asking for irrational things.

My grounds are that a single race wont have multiple, different, models.

No need to go on the personal attacks because I disagree with you.

Indeed.

The customization in WoW is severely lacking compared to the modern market.

It’s odd how Blizzard has failed to severely at this front as their race options should be a huge strength for WoW.

What other MMO games give you different models/rigs for a singular race?

Not sliders. Not single player games.

Those games have completely different and multiple rigs for their characters/races?

Not sliders. Not editing what is there. But completely different model options on character creation?

Guild Wars 2 does, yep. You can be chubby and Victoria secret skinny.

I dont think we are talking about the same thing.

Doing so sets a precedent for dual-skeleton races like Arrakoa though.

What do you mean by “multiple rigs” on their races customizations…? Different body size templates on their races? Or do you mean “different” by making one look completely obese and the other unhealthy skinny?

Care to explain plz

Due to the specific complaints of Dracthyr, I have no faith we will ever see any race again which would have limited transmog. The masses have spoken.

In Guild Wars 2, as I understand it, you have “physique” templates. Its the same actual model/rig. It is more like a slider than anything.

Going from Kul Tiran to Default Human is not just taking the Kul Tiran model and making it skinny. Its a completely different skeleton/model.

Asking for sliders is slightly more realistic, but still most likely not. Due to how much of a revamp WoW would need from the ground up to accomodate. Asking for Kul Tirans to be given multiple skeletons to choose from, especially when what is asking for already exists, is extremely unlikely.

This is just a ploy to get default human shaman, anyways. Thats what it always is.

In Guild Wars 2 you have Norn and Human which serves the same porpuse as Human and Kul Tiran in WoW. Both races have different body size templates on which to choose.

While making a slider does complicate everything. Making a different body template, that changes certain aspects of certain races that doesn’t represent EVERYONE, would really help a lot.

Pause. Norn and Humans are two completely different SPECIES in Guild Wars 2, with humans being an invasive. You can’t even come close to making that same argument with humans and KT since they fundamentally are the same species and race in this setting.

Your fantasy is your own and I said it serves the porpuse, since as we all know, making KulTirans look different was a way of reduce bodyshaming… Wasn’t it???

Oh boy, been a while since this thread showed up.

They weren’t going to give the Alliance a race that can look 100% like an existing Alliance race 100% of the time. We already had one race of humans, and then we got another that used the same model but became afflicted with lycanthropy and now defaults to a non-human model with their human form only usable out of combat. Kul Tirans were given new models because Zandalari also use models unique from Darkspear trolls (albeit not exactly new, just touched-up versions of the males’ models from MoP and a reskin of the female Darkspear model). Giving them access to the entirety of the Stormwind/Gilnean human model on top of that would be madness, and them using only said model with some different customization would be sheer lethargy.

All these posts I see about how the OP doesn’t play a Kul Tiran, but would if they could look like default humans or the skinny Kul Tiran NPCs, come off as insanely selfish because they’re admitting they like a race’s racials, lore, or class selection, but would only actually play it if it looked completely different. Might as well also say you would only play a dwarf if they could look like night elves. The class equivalent would be saying they would only play a certain class (usually paladin, DH, or evoker) if one of their favorite races had it.

Makes even less sense when you consider that most of their diet would have been lean fish and carbs.

They’d look like body builders and muscle men, not the morbidly obese.
