Ya I’m not raiding every week just to try and get Rashok’s trinket. I did that and I’m over it. If they think that’s gonna happen with everyone they’re out of their minds. All it has done is make me mad. There’s also no reason all the dungeon trinkets for dps and healers should be complete TRASH compared to raid trinkets.
Since when you do ever get a good trinkets in or out of raids,mythic? So far we get dofus ones .One the harm you but later are good,another self defeat tack ,“Are you having fun? WE are looking at you.”
Well if you don’t pug, that’s one less who’s gonna roll on it next time it drops. If you pug… well good luck.

This seems to be a common problem with a lot gear, combat, and system designs.
They tend to fall into a paradigm of grand and consolation prizes. Not play style choices.
They don’t have to be perfectly balanced, the last boss should have something special, but it gets to the point that having the right trinkets is more important than skill or execution.
It’s a bad spot when people tell themselves this.
Equipping a certain trinket isn’t what makes teams jump from timing 20s to 27s or meeting a tight dps check in 435 gear instead of 445 gear.
Kind of moving the goal post there a bit.
Wasn’t saying the right trinket is a magic bullet that suddenly catapults you 7 levels ahead in M+.
What I was trying to say is if you go look at the top 100 break downs for specs at WCL you usually don’t see a lot of variation in trinket load outs.
I’m at 13 kills on heroic and I swear I haven’t even SEEN it drop in that time.

A bit of advice as a long-time player - don’t target farm. Expect that you will never get it.
If it drops and you win, cool. But even if it drops, don’t let yourself get excited unless you win the roll. If you let yourself get bummed out every time you lose the roll, you’re just adding unnecessary negativity to your life.

Some host I was doing heroic with last night on my tank literally would have us sit there and wait 10 minutes so they could get the group to 30 people because 5-8 people left after each boss just so they could get 6 items to drop for themselves. As soon as we got to Rashok and they didn’t get their Molten Heart they instant disbanded the group.
I ended up getting the Anvil on my tank because 4 of them dropped lmao.

I finally got Rashok’s, but of course, even then my luck would dictate that when I finally got it I would get the normal version instead of the heroic version.
You’ll finally see it when you’re farming transmog in a couple of expacs 
. Usually how that goes.
just make an alchemy stone. they’re excellent replacements.

‘Rare’ items that boost your output by 20% just for getting lucky RNG are lame as hell. Should make them purchasable with earned currencies as a form of bad luck protection.

Wow, you’re very lucky! The trinket drop rate for our guild is literally 0%! We’ve not seen it drop at all on any difficulty
