It’s the top guilds that are finishing and I don’t care because I don’t play Classic for super challenging raids.
Pretty much every recent forum post has made it clear that the only ones who thought this wasn’t going to be cleared fast were those who felt some sort of strange need to come here and tell everybody about it, you know, people like you.
This whole thread just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. OP, stop while you’re behind, first of all. Everybody here already knows (and I believe it has already been pointed out) that anything about high-end retail or Classic is well out of your reach (as well as most people’s).
Just because a couple world-ranked guilds killed something that fast does NOT reflect on the average community. In fact, a lot of the world first contenders have been wiping with full world buffs, which is insane. Imagine most guilds that do not emphasize world buffs to the extent that these guilds do.
Educate yourself next time before posting so I can quit looking at entitled gamers making threads like this. Thanks.

The content was 15 years old, people were bad that time. Hell when arthas was current content, no top guild killed he before icecrown buff. N’zoth would be unthinkable back then, Time change

In classic have cleared AQ40 on my mage, my hunter has done (and still progressing) BWL, Ony (finally got my rhok’delar stupid Ony sinew took months to finally drop) and MC.
In retail I’ve done AotC and a few Mythic Nyalotha kills. My guild does heroic primarily then we do some Mythic runs later on in the raid tier.
I wouldn’t say I am entitled. I’ve worked for my rewards in retail and classic. You won’t see me crying out for Mage Tower skins I didn’t collect back in Legion like actual entitled people.
Ya limited attempts really had an impact.
It was the pinnacle of raiding, another one I can think of is Ki jaeden.

that not the point the point was the reason LK was not killed untill the raid wide buff was cause they only could have so many attemps in a week, if nzoth had the same limited attempts system it whould have lasted longer also.

Is this like… at all impressive though? Out of people that actively play WoW daily, that’s extremely average. “Working on BWL” and AQ is something most active raiders in Classic have long since cleared. They’re still “average guilds” compared to Progress, Apes, Onslaught, etc. And for retail, “a couple mythic Ny’alotha kills” isn’t even worth sneezing at. With the absurd corruption power spike, do you have any idea how OP the gear was for the raid by the end? Astronomically easier, to say the least.
So now that we have your extremely mediocre accomplishments, we comfortably know that you’re (at best) an average player. You will not have Naxxramas cleared for a hell of a long time. So why does it matter in the slightest what Progress managed to do? Please tell me. The original post just reeks of complaining.

You didnt get the point, i wasnt said arthas is harder than n’zoth. I was saying when ICC was the current content, Arthas was the hardest boss fight. The keyword is was

The only shocking thing is the fact that so many guilds that have been clearing Naxx for years and years and years still wiped and had to swap in new characters with world buffs and then wipe again?
It really demonstrates how hard it will actually be for the average guild.

Sure you do. Your life is so awesome that you have to make a post immediately after a kill in Classic that you may or may not play. You seem to have A LOT going on.

Working on gearing through BWL etc on my hunter currently. My mage has cleared all content up to AQ40 and geared.
My hunter still needs most of the T2 set so thats what I mean by still running through BWL etc. I probably should clean it up a bit to avoid less misunderstandings.
After shadowlands dies down a bit in the next weeks and I start spending 50% of my time in Classic again I’ll probably have a full Naxx clear come time late January early February in Classic.
