Nameplate settings gone? Used to have a setting to show only quest npc nameplates etc

Wasn’t there a setting to display nameplates for specific things like you could pick “Show Quest NPCs” but seems to be gone now? I liked that because it made quest mobs stand out nameplate wise amongst the none quest ones. So you only saw quest npc nameplates unless in combat.

Is there a cvar or fix?

I don’t remember that as a nameplate setting but it’s a name setting which still exists under Options > Interface > NPC Names
