Name Your Favorite Thing About Shadowlands

Venthyr plate set is very cool

I also like the dungeons in general (except plaguefall)

A lot of good things but bad implementation.

Venthyr Tea party, wish it was multi player

Torghast - good idea bad implementation
Creation Catalyst- good idea bad implementation
Weekly Vault- good idea bad implementation
Legos- good idea bad implementation
Conduits and soul binds - good but bad implementation
Covenants- same as above.

So many good ideas ruined or spoiled by not taking player feedback seriously. Listen to feedback and retain players. Not that hard of a formula.

Fleshcraft, it felt really nice to have an actual defensive CD I could use for once.

The epilogue quests.

It’s been 4 years since we’ve lost Lorderan and Teldrassil because one of my favorite characters was hit with the villain bat and made to be the one responsible.

4 years of that nonsense and in finally seeing in game context for healing and rebuilding what was lost.

It’s actually a pretty big deal for me. The epilogue quests with Sylvanas and Anduin, Tyrande, and Calia were the first time in those 4 years I can finally enjoy the story again.

Some of the characters in each covenant were really cool.

Like if you’re a necrolord and you hug Marileth. he hugs you back. I wish more npcs did that.

I thought uthers storyline was ok.

which is bizarre since sylvanas’ story was very similar and I hated it.

Theotar, Marileth, and Ysera.

Drinking martinis made from the salty tears of msv haters.

Um like nothing

maldraxxus felt like an off-shot of Nurgle’s realm from warhammer, if they popped in on khornes realm from time to time.

But no cute rat people like the skaven. 0/10

My favorite part of Shadowlands was quitting it.

Maldraxxus.

Literally an undead/scourge theme park.

Necrolords/Maldraxxus.
The coolest Covenant.

I liked a lot of the side stories such as the redemption of the one Jiro exile. Or the Jiro in the other zone that realize that the creatures aren’t malfunctioning but are evolving in unanticipated ways.

I thought the brokers were well and their cartel difference and personality differences added a lot of flavor to game play. I never had a doubt that Ve’nari was pushing her own agenda but, then, so was it. The writers did a good job of making them distinct individuals.

The main story was just a trellis to hang all the side stories and it’s many problems just didn’t become too distracting to me.

Mission tables.

I loved how balanced the game was, each class was competitive, no meta specs topping the leader boards.

I loved how intriguing the story was, and no point did it make no sense and always seemed to be going in a good direction.

I loved legendary’s and having to farm torghast every week just to get them, the best part about them was having to get new ones each patch!

The maw, what an amazingly fun and well designed zone.

To many fun things to list really
