I used to see Night Elf as a cool race with rich traditions and discipline. Coming from Warcraft III to early days of WoW, they were cool. But with new customizations and how most Night Elf posters are cringe like hippies…

In fairness. Elune didn’t do anything to them, they were going to die anyway. If anything the only thing she did do was make sure they didn’t die in horrible fiery pain.
But then Shadowlands happened and she, like everyone else, was unaware that Death was effing broken and now I’ve gone cross-eyed.

This stupid part is actually explained. It’s just also stupid.
When the anima drought started happening and everyone was rationing what anima they had left, the pathways to Oribos and the other afterlives were closed to, you guessed it; save anima.
Save for the Kyrians who have a slew of their own problems, nobody physically could just go to Oribos and ask whats up.
