Characters in Guild Chat have wrong name/server

This is also happening to me. The difference none of my toons have ever been on a different server. I created the toon in question on Nesingwary and it has always been there, but I have been being listed in chat from Stormrage.

Also sharing this to try and get blizz to acknowledge this issue and let you know you aren’t alone!
