I had a level 80 character that I recently restored. I race changed her to Haranir with some random Haranir gibberish name. I bought a name change, confirmed the name I wanted to and it started processing. Once it was done processing, it reverted back to the ORIGINAL name (the one she had when I restored her). How can this be fixed please?
That is strange. I could understand if the name remained the same but switching to what it was previously before the Race Change, I’ve never heard of that.
It looks like you put in a ticket, so that is what you need to do in this situation so a Game Master can take a look. Good luck.
