A tradition born on Draenor, the festive bazaar in Shattrath City was an annual occurrence that began only a few years after the city began to prosper. The proceeds of the bazaar primarily went back to the city itself in order to manage its well-being, expansion, and citizens as well as to aid Auchindoun and Karabor. Though the monetary gain was beneficial, the primary goal was to showcase the craftsmen and artisans of the draenic world, as they would come from every corner of Draenor, even as far as Farahlon, to exhibit and sell their best wares.
Though the tradition fell out of favor when the war with the orcs came and has not been hosted since, the draenic orders of Azeroth see a benefit to hosting it once again. Not only to revive an old tradition, but to put the proceeds toward those affected by the war-ravaged Azeroth.
The bazaar has turned into a seasonal occurrence, with each iteration showcasing a different event alongside the bazaar itself. In the spirit of Pride, the Sha’tari Bazaar will feature a dollar raffle that will have art prizes from three different artists within the Draenic Coalition. All proceeds will be donated to the Trevor Project, a suicide prevention charity that helps LGBTQIA+ youth at risk. More info to follow once all of our artists have been secured!

Today is the day! The Sha’tari Bazaar will be taking place tonight @ 5 PM server (WRA) in Outland Shattrath. We will be featuring ten different vendors from the Draenic Coalition community, as well as art prizes from artists that are also from the Draenic Coalition community. Come out and support your friends!
