If a player quits during a run, after having actually done something (not just joining and quitting) then your instance should be paused, everyone gets ported back to the entrance, and a new player should be found through conventional means.

Sounds great. I never pug, but we could use this to have somebody drop group so we can exit the dungeon and change talents/gear, and then invite the same person back again to resume.
