Elysian Decree is a sigil that ignites 2 secs later for AE arcane damage. If it damages somethong, 3 Lesser Soul Fragments are shattered.

So yeah, it is a decentish heal, however if talented to Demonic Appetite as Havoc, it provides 90 Fury.

The damage may not be exactly like The Hunt, but it still hurts.

The trick is to know how to place it due to its 2 second delay.

the hunt was one of Illidan’s moves so im not surprised, master knows the way. it definitely feels designed around us, i think thats why a lot of havoc players are having a hard time because they arent fae and the hunt is trololo but i was kyrian and it works almost as well and + cd is lower
