Mythic gearings glaring problem

There are three major problems I see with the gearing this expansion.

  1. Tiered crests create an artificial wall of progression. Rather than increasing the ammount of upgrade currency per key level they’re gated by types. meaning people who are upgrading are only going to run the lowest key that gets their upgrade stone. This creates a gear score wall at 4, 7(for heroic drops) and 8 where overgeared people are qing against appropriately geared players and effectively locking them out of getting invited since why would you take a 616-619 for an 8 when a 630 looking for gilded and already has 8 10 runs that week signs up.
  2. Why is hard bis locked behind the rng of vault for mythics? My mains at the point of getting myth track gear but getting one piece from vault where the substats are completely arbitrary is kind of silly. Bring back myth gear drops from mythics. Vault is a supplement and reward for running the content. Not the only reason to run the content. This will also alleviate the wall at 8 keys since geared players will gravitate to higher keys.
  3. Gearing this xpac is not alt friendly. Because of point 2 gearing is an absolute slow slog and given the fact that blizzard cant balance the game at all, the classes that even get invited to high key mythics rn can change week to week. Ele shaman just got taken out back and I gave up on my warlock when they announced the demonic art nerf. At the end of the day this is a video game not a job. People should be rewarded for playing not for turning it into a career.

630s are doing 10s for their vault and the reason they’re 630is because they’re capped on crests.
