Intro
< Myth > is a guild focused on clearing content at a relevant pace while maintaining a chill atmosphere to have fun and enjoy the game. The core of the players have been playing together for years and have achieved a lot together from clearing heroic content through cataclysm to obtaining grand marshal in RBGs and multiple gladiator titles.
Member Expectations
Currently seeking active and eager individuals who want to focus raiding endgame content. The biggest qualities < Myth > is looking for is Consistency, Commitment, and Community. A guild that grows friendships together is more likely to succeed than one that doesn’t. Anyone interested in joining should posses these traits. Socials and levelers are always welcome to join our community as well! 
We are aiming for raiding by Week 4!

Looking to recruit based on a roster of 50 so there will be flex spots if people need to live their life and put the game down for a day

All exceptional candidates are urged to apply even if your role is Full as there could be a lot of variation between now and the end of the leveling process.
Raiding Schedule
Tuesday / Wednesday 9pm to 12 am EST (phase 1-4)
During phase 1 we will probably be clearing all the content in 1 day catching the occasional 2nd day for clear extra Onyxia’s Lair due to the 5 day lockout.
During phase 5 with the release of AQ there will be an optional 3rd day on Thursday for clearing BWL/MC until its all back on a 2 day farm.
Loot
We will be employing a Loot Council comprised of officers to hand out loot while seeking to be fair and keep the interests of the group in mind. The decisions will generally be based on five criteria: Performance, Effort, Attitude, Group Benefit, and Recent Loot. Raiders are free to ask for the reasoning behind a decision, and the council is to be as transparent as possible
