I am unable to clear a Map pin. The Pin is set to: “Uncrowned Apothecary’s Supplies. -Vendor: Kelsey Steelspark in The Hall of Shadows. “
This Map pin only shows on 1 toon.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have deleted all my addons, and this Map pin is still there. I don’t know what else to do.
This Pin first appeared when i was browsing decor vendors. I don’t know how this Pin was set or how to remove it.
Need help.
Wipe quest log and any quest items in inventory on character with the pin?
Have you gone to the vendor in question?
Without seeing a screenshot it sounds like one of those “where do I go for x” pins you get when asking a guard in a major city for directions. They typically clear when you go to the location.
Do what Shazz recommends below.
You could also try resetting your CVars on that char (will also clear them server-side which uninstalling doesn’t do and is likely where it’s being stored) but this is irreversible.

If you shift-click an item while browsing Housing Decor, it “Tracks” that item/vendor & adds a segment called ‘Collections’ to your ‘Objective Tracker’ with a Map Pin icon.
You can either go into the Housing Dashboard & shift-click again to clear it, or right-click the item in the ‘Objective Tracker’. You may have to collapse a couple segments if you are tracking a bunch of quests.
