PWL is used in raid ?
In M+ it is clearly useful, but I don’t think there are enough opportunities in Raid to use it.
More so with classes like Druid/Shaman that help keep the Raid even.
But I also don’t see what other talent to use.
Void Shift ? I see it as very situational.
