My Rogue has her talents/buttons in the bottom-middle of the screen. Her talents are also set up on the action bars. I can not move them or get rid of them. I have not found a setting that controls this. I do not use add-ons that affect my action bars and of my 16 characters, this is the only character with this problem. This happened after the big pre-expansion patch. I have a pic of the problem but do not see where I can upload it.
