My parse (SS frost) is trash, please help

Hi all, please see title. In particular I performed terribly during my guild’s Heroic Broodtwister pulls. We were having issues with parasites and infests and I talented moreso into disruption / slows / freezes and my DPS suffered greatly from trying to slow the parasites / I did panic during those bursting eggs.

I’m going to get the snowflake WA but am I just supposed to spam ice lance and almost never use frostbolt / GS?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

you follow this order :
Ice lance with winters chill
GS
ice lance with just FoF

so yes during splinterstorm since they give WC x3 you want to spam IL into it to get 1 2 3 ice lances w/ WC. if you have no way to create a winters chill, either via flurry or orb, you gs, and then FoF IL
