WoW has never allowed actual progression for doing world quests and entry level dungeons when compared to raiding, pvp, and M+. Anything they did offer was catch up gear. Blizzard has made catching up to the pack easier than ever with renown gear and it’s only 3 ilvls lower than normal raid so it’s stronger than ever before.
It seems the problem is blizzard attempting to help you all get into real content without being held back by pointless grinding was over zealous because you’re all spamming this forum with requests for more grinding mechanisms.
Blizzard needs to make the anima costs of upgrading all covenant gear about 20x higher. This way you’ll all be kept busy progressing alone rather than begging for the same rewards as people who are actually playing the game.
