Nice setup and even in the pic that monitor still looks pretty sweet.
You should install Wildstar on it. Then it’ll be a real WoW killer.
Are you talking about NexusForever?
I play on Alliance, I’ll probably be given the red carpet treatment and invited into free Mythic raid carries for the mog.
You should consider a 2nd monitor.
WoW doesn’t stand a chance against such a set-up. Cute pepe!
Is that a Wildstar emulator? If so, I didn’t know that one existed, but I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised.
no need, monitor’s dimensions are large enough that if i split the screen into 4 windows, it’s approximately as wide and tall as four 27" monitors.
new expansion, new setup but table from 2004 still hah jk looks great!
I have a DxRacer chair I spent some $400 on.
It’s decent but I still feel like even if it were cheaper it was a waste of money. The “ergonomics” are just lazy pillows strapped to it for the most part. The armrests are straight garbage (hard plastic). And I’m still not sure it’s any more comfortable than the $200 mesh chair I got on sale at Office Depot for $99.
I am using a Commodore64 monitor with a Raspberry pi motherboard
It is overkill. WoW is a horribly dated and unoptimized engine. Enjoy FPS drops for no reason.
Looks real nice. Although if I could offer some feedback, you need a more ergonomic setup. That’s a very cluttered looking desk. Not a lot of space for your arms, and that monitor is incredibly close to you face. Eye health is no joke!
There is no way the monitor in that picture is 48". The TV on my bedroom wall is 42" and is definitely larger than that. Is that a typo or something?
more like '84 with all that wood paneling rip, desk is built into the wall/room. unless you mean my nom table to the side D:! never gonna get rid of that… it conveniently holds my chezbrgrz and cans of dr pepper and coke.
I like my chair, mine is comfy. I too use to use various office chairs from Office Depot, Costco, Amazon, etc… all suffered the usual office chair plague. ripped up, foam goes flat, plastic parts breaks, headrests snap off, etc. Had this one for a few years now, and it’s been holding up. nothing broken, foam is still dense and as good as day one, etc. I did however remove the armrests for preference reasons. IMO it’s well worth the steep price tag as the build quality is off the charts.
prob optical perspective or scale in comparison to what’s around it it’s an LG OLED48CXPUB https://www.lg.com/us/tvs/lg-oled48cxpub-oled-4k-tv
Congrats! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a account with only one toon on it. You my friend are one dedicated hunter!

Just bought this last night.
Build quality is one thing DxRacer does well. It’s not gonna break on you anytime soon unless, you know, you bought one rated for 200 pounds and weigh 450 pounds.
So I know that’s where a lot of the cost comes from. Still just not “wowed” by it aside from that. Like I said, it’s not bad (armrest aside), just doesn’t seem particularly great either.
Also maybe it helps that I been driving various sports cars and 2 seater convertibles in rl for the past 10 years since I began driving, so I am use to those styles of bucket or racing seats.
