I have bind two techniques on my mousewheel which does not work when my mouse pointer is on my action bar. When my mouse pointer is not on the action bar I can use my scroll but if curser is hovering over any action bars spells it doesnt works.
it’s really annoying because I bind on my mousewheel the two techniques that I use most often.
I never play with Addon and never even download one and i have this problem since pre patch launch

I’m having a similar issue, except I have the Target Nearest Enemy and Target Previous Enemy functions bound to mouse wheel up/down. If I’m hovering an action bar, it will not change targets if I scroll the mouse wheel in either direction.
I would have tried to rebind the scroll function directly on my mouse, but logitech doesn’t allow that to happen.
