Mind blast feels bad to press. Yuck. Blizz butchered the fun shadow build. Now im gnna have to play a void suck build. way to kill fun blizzard. I swear the highest i see it crit is 22 k… You nerf proc chance and the damage of it? I do not understand. My mind spike is doing more DPS than mind blast now. Revert damage back if not buff if you are taking our proc chance away.
