Most HOA’s are breeding grounds for “Karen” types and where Hall Monitors/GPA chasers go after High School.

Which is a shame because on the surface HOAs are a good thing. Keeps your neighborhood from becoming trashy, tacky or both.
But like you said, Karens and Kevins get a small amount of power and it goes to their head.
