So now they’re telling me that the logs will accomplish nothing, and that screenshots do not count as “proof” that I had the mount. They are asking for “solid proof”. What else, other than a screenshot can I use?
Game Master Kihibacy essentially told me that I am out of the mount and cannot retrieve it and that even the developers will do nothing about it. Then he closed my ticket and left me no further option for disscussion. This is some horsesh*t, and Blizzard will never get another dime from me for ANY game if this is how they’re going treat their players and paying customers. If you lost everything in your guild bank, or any of your pets or mounts…you’re just SOL, because they don’t care about you.
