Recently we saw that the new version was about to be released, and we were happy to play the game again for about 2 days, but didn’t expect to be blocked again while practicing the new character.

You need to resubmit your appeal ticket. Posting here with do nothing. The only thing we are allowed to do is point to the appeal article. There isn’t a call in or live support, just a ticket for this.

Just so you know, suspensions are not instant, it takes time for Blizzard to go through the account after reports.
Tickets do not just disappear. They cannot be closed without a response, unless you close it yourself. That makes me think it wasn’t submitted properly.

Okay, I re read your post, you said blocked, are you getting a message saying you was suspended or banned (with a date), or just blocked? If blocked, try resetting the passwords.
My friend and I filed our complaint through this site, the first time we were banned, we had already filed a complaint, that time I complained for more than 10 days.

I just checked my ticket, and strangely enough, one of my earlier rejected tickets had disappeared, and I’m pretty sure I did have one of those rejected tickets.
